What I’ve Done

Clients:

Digital Marketing

Utility Bear is the online retail site for a plethora of designer underwear brands emerging from a family-owned High Street store. Launching their new eCommerce website in 2015, I am working with the company to build a prominent presence online through website/social media content, blogger outreach and email marketing. Building the brand’s reputation has led to customer acquisition across global markets and partnerships with high-end brands such as Tommy Hilfiger. Target sales figures for the company’s first Black Friday campaign were reached before the weekend concluded.

Digital Comms & PR

A local startup and social enterprise, Titanic Creative Management are getting Irish creatives ready for the booming film & television industry here. Offering global expert tuition, student bursaries and unique prosthetics products through their SFX online store, I came to help them introduce a Social Media strategy to the business plan, overhaul their member email marketing, draft award entries and blog posts as well as manage PR in the run up to their Hunger Games event in partnership with Movie House Belfast which resulted in local and regional print, online, TV and radio coverage.

Digital Product Launch

Cinch Corsets brought the latest celebrity phenomenon from Hollywood to Holywood (Northern Ireland) after researching, designing and sourcing the highest quality materials to launch their Cinch Waist Training Corsets and Active Range Corsets. I wrote press releases for the celebrity endorsements, blog posts for the website, social media imagery and supported the Digital PR strategy with a curated list of online influencers and UK-wide consumer/lifestyle media to pitch.

Facebook Training

As part of our commitment to support CIPR’s Charity of the Year TinyLife, I delivered Social Media Training to their fundraising and events team, first conducting an audit of their existing Facebook pages with tips on how to better utilise them. I then followed this up with content planning ideas, exploration of other social channels available and a deeper understanding of Facebook Analytics for reporting.

Social Media Strategy

A wonderful local success story, handmade granola producers/husband-and-wife-duo Jill and David of Just Live a Little are expanding rapidly across the Irish, UK and online markets and they wanted to introduce strategy, social listening and evaluative reporting across their digital channels. After just four weeks, they were able to take what they learned and manage the channels in-house, with great success (increasing Twitter engagement tenfold and new Facebook Likes by +300%)

Media Relations

Based in Belfast, designer Sandra L O’Hara has painstakingly researched and sourced the finest materials to create a luxury handmade bridal adornment and veil collection at BlueMeadow Bridal. She required PR support to gain traditional and digital media coverage, build her profile and develop relationships with local stylists and Irish fashion journalists. She has since been showcased as a supplier on OneFabDay and featured in Ireland’s Wedding Journal and INSPIRE Weddings magazines.
